![]() It doesn't take much to stop the paper so you are looking for a very small obstacle. Then power down the printer and without disturbing the sheet, open the cover and using a flashlight & magnifying glass take a real hard look at and around the edges (particularly the leading edge) of the paper. ![]() Center a sheet half way between the fixed and movable guides (to allow it to skew it wants to) and let it feed into the printer and allow it to stall/slip. Set the movable paper size guide back about a quarter inch from its normal position of just slightly wider than the paper. The fact that all papers do it indicates it's a printer problem not a paper problem. I don't have an R800 but it appears there is something hanging the paper at the point of slipage. I'm going to assume you have read the manual and set any paper thickness adjustments correctly.
